Terms and conditions of use
These terms govern your use of wajahatmirza.co.uk, an independent information portal about Basswin. By accessing this site you agree to the terms set out below. We last updated this page on 26 November 2025.
Scope of these terms
This agreement is between you, the visitor, and the operators of wajahatmirza.co.uk. We provide information about Basswin's casino, live dealer tables, crash games and sportsbook — we do not operate those services ourselves, and we hold no player accounts or funds. Your relationship with Basswin as a player is governed by their own terms, which you accept when you register with them.
These terms apply to every page on this domain. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
The relationship between you and us
You use this site for information purposes only. We do not offer gambling services, process deposits or withdrawals, or hold any licence to do so. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal or professional advice, and you act on the information here at your own discretion.
You must be 18 years of age or older (18+) to access any page on this domain. By continuing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the site.
Your undertakings
When you use wajahatmirza.co.uk, you agree to the following:
- You will not use automated tools, bots or scrapers to extract content from this site without prior written permission.
- You will not misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person when contacting us.
- You will not attempt to circumvent any security measure, tamper with the site's code, or upload malicious software.
- You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those governing online gambling and data protection.
We reserve the right to block access from any IP address or user agent that violates these terms or disrupts the normal operation of the site.
Our material and intellectual property
All content published on wajahatmirza.co.uk — text, layout, graphics, data tables and code — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may read and print pages for personal use, but you may not republish, sell or redistribute our content without permission.
The Basswin name and any associated logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them here for descriptive and informational purposes only, and their appearance on this site does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
User-submitted content
If you contact us via email or submit material for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit and publish that material. We are under no obligation to publish anything you send, and we reserve the right to remove or modify submitted content at any time.
Disclaimers and limits of our responsibility
We aim for accuracy, but the information on this site is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Basswin's own terms, limits, bonus conditions and game availability may change without notice, and we cannot guarantee that every detail here is current at the moment you read it.
We are not liable for any loss — financial, data-related or otherwise — arising from your use of this site or your reliance on the information it contains. That includes, but is not limited to, losses incurred while gambling, technical failures, or decisions made on the basis of outdated information.
Third-party links
This site contains links to external websites, including Basswin's own domains, payment providers, and responsible gambling organisations. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement.
Data protection and privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using wajahatmirza.co.uk you consent to that policy. You can read the full text at the privacy policy link in the site footer.
Responsible gambling and support
Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. If you feel your gambling is getting out of control, free and confidential help is available:
- National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133 (24/7, free from UK phones)
- GamCare: www.gamcare.org.uk
- BeGambleAware: www.begambleaware.org
- GamStop: www.gamstop.co.uk (free self-exclusion across UK-licensed sites)
For blocking software that works across devices, consider Gamban (gamban.com) or BetBlocker (betblocker.org).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, site functionality or our practices. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes we will indicate the nature of the update in the opening paragraph. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
Jurisdiction and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are accessing the site from outside the UK, you remain responsible for compliance with local laws. Where local law conflicts with these terms, local law prevails to the extent required, but the rest of these terms remain enforceable.
Contact us
For questions about these terms, or to request permission to republish content, write to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours. For questions about your Basswin account, deposits or withdrawals, contact Basswin's own support team directly — we cannot access player accounts or process requests on their behalf.
This site is for players aged 18 and over (18+). If gambling ever stops feeling like entertainment, free and confidential support is available at BeGambleAware.org.
